“I don’t know,” he laughed. “I’ve just always liked planes.” He was obviously joking, making it sound like that was the only reason.
“Yeah,” he nodded, looking back out the window again. He didn’t really think it was something to joke about, but then Ryan hadn’t been in much of a joking mood for a while.
